Don't Ask Don't Tell: Reporter Allan Bradley interviews Harvard Kennedy School Professor Timothy McCarthy after the Senate fails to pass a repeal of the Don't Ask Don't Tell policy, September 21st.  McCarthy is a Lecturer in History and Literature and Public Policy, and he directs the Human Rights and Social Movements Program at the Carr Center.
